This is the beginning of a new way to improve the organisation of the lunchtimes at your school and a new way in which to train your Lunchtime Supervisors so that they are efficient and effective staff.
This can be achieved through the S.O.S. Support Our Supervisors course by training your Lunchtime Supervisors with the R.O.L.Y.S. modules.
Many schools are aware of the importance of happy and stimulating lunchtimes for children, but what has really been overlooked is that the Lunchtime staff have little or no training to manage what can be a very challenging part of the school day.
